	Mr. Parker is well known nationwide for his non-profit work aiding victims of violent crime. He has been featured on The Today Show, The Late, Late Show With Tom Snyder, Hard Copy, and three times on America's Most Wanted. When America's Most Wanted celebrated their tenth anniversary, John Walsh introduced the most interesting people he has known in those ten years. Charlie Parker was one of that select group. Mr. Parker has also been featured in Texas Monthly magazine, Highway Patrol Magazine, San Antonio Business Journal and San Antonio Express News and has been the subject of programs on National Public Radio and the BBC.
	Mr. Parker has been under contract with Aaron Spelling Productions for a television show based on his work. He has also worked as a technical advisor to HBO on a movie version of one of his San Antonio cases involving a missing boy.
